Casperia is a unique medieval village lying in the heart of the Sabina mountains of Lazio

It is totally pedestrianised and free from car fumes and pollution - an atmosphere which takes you back to days long gone by. It is a place of natural beauty surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and forest-covered mountains.

The village boasts a small grocery store, cafe and bar inside the medieval fortified walls, and another café-bar, large supermarket, pharmacy, bank with cash-point facility, restaurant, fresh pasta shop and bakery just beyond the walls.

We have easy access to Rome, (1hr), and Rome Airports are just 1hr 30min by frequent train and bus.
