By Car from Rome and its airports

Follow signs for the GRA orbital road, exiting north for the A1 autostrada towards Firenze. Exit at the Fiano Romano junction, about 20 miles north of Rome - a small toll is payable. Follow signs towards (but not to) Poggio Mirteto, then to Cantalupo, then to Casperia.

By Train

Trains run frequently from Fiumicino Airport to Orte. Alight at Poggio Mirteto Scalo and take the bus to Casperia.

If you fly to Ciampino airport (used by the low-cost airlines), take a bus to Termini station in the centre of Rome and connect to Tiburtina station by Metro, then take the Orte train, getting off at Poggio Mirteto Scalo, as before.
